*Interested only in guys younger than me - preferably early to late 30s.

*I work hard and am independent...not wealthy or even well-off...just live paycheck to paycheck like most of the working class...having a job is important to me...never been without one.
*I like staying home and being out and about.
*I mostly enjoy Sci-Fi, Action (especially if it has martial arts in it), Adventure, and Horror when it comes to movies. On television I watch anything with MMA (i.e. UFC Unleashed), news, science, nature, etc.
*I read a lot, and can often be found in a bookstore...I mostly read stuff about politics, society, history, and martial arts.
*I'm not religious, but I do consider myself a Buddhist...since 1990.
*I'm very liberal in my politics...think justice, equality, freedom, education, health-care, and fair distribution of wealth for all, and you get a good idea of where I stand politically...and this is important to me, especially when it comes to standing up for all who are oppressed by the self-serving systems of government and big corporations.

Don't be intimidated by my profile...it's just that I know who I am and what I want...I am funny to be around, and love to be goofy...more often than being serious...unless it has to do with the oppressed peoples in our world...then I'm serious.
